A little bit more about me

From 10 years in Big Tech to supporting the underdogs

After spending 10 years working across many different digital marketing disciplines for large B2B technology companies, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to wear more hats on an ongoing basis and keep my days dynamic and fresh. I wanted to help smaller companies where I can see who exactly is benefiting from the business growth.

My credentials

I began my career working as a social media manager, focused on a new tool for a network testing company, Fluke Networks. After some great growth, I took on social media, both organic and paid advertising) for the entire company. We were acquired and after a few months I began working on social media for the larger parent company, NETSCOUT.

After 3 years of growing their social media presence, I was ready for a new challenge and jumped into paid search advertising and organic search engine optimization. This helped me round out my skillset to ensure I was ready to take on developer marketing at DocuSign. I spent 3 years building out a diverse team of marketers responsible for many different marketing functions and was eventually promoted to Head of Developer Marketing.

As I looked to broaden my skill set further, I joined MongoDB as a Growth Marketing Lead, driving top-of-funnel demand for their SaaS database offering. I worked extensively on conversion-rate optimization and improving customer flows on the website.

When I’m not on the clock, I like to take adventures of any level, from taking my dog to the beach to international travel. I probably have a camera within reach.
